NATALIA KUZNETSOVAHello, I am Natalia Kuznetsova, a stress release coach, psychologist, and consultant certified in Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy. Additionally, I am a Breath-Body-Mind teacher.

My passion lies in helping stressed female entrepreneurs overcome anxiety, sleep problems, and lack of energy. I guide them towards achieving mental clarity, peace of mind, abundant creative energy, and overall well-being. By doing so, they can enjoy their lives more and make business decisions based on inner wisdom rather than fear.

As a mother of three, I have a special affinity for working with mompreneurs. I assist them in reducing stress, increasing productivity, and finding fulfillment both in their business ventures and in their family lives. As a mom myself, I understand that success in business should not come at the cost of overwhelming stress or compromising quality time with loved ones.

Furthermore, my experience as a psychologist and English-Ukrainian translator has allowed me to actively contribute to international stress relief programs for Ukrainians since March 2023. Through this involvement, I have gained valuable insights into extreme stress and trauma. Consequently, I have further emphasized the importance of addressing the body in my work. I firmly believe that when the body is under stress and exhaustion, a healthy mindset alone cannot provide effective relief.

  • Ukrainian.

The first five may tell you a little bit about my education, but the next three are just as important.

I know a lot about parental burnout not just from the professional point of view, but as a parent as well. I am a mother of three children. Two of them are twins, if you understand what I mean. :) My older daughters are teens now, and the youngest son is getting there soon. So I do understand how difficult this can get with kids around.

I remember being a mompreneur, with two baby girls taking almost all my time. Doing my best to be a perfect mother while being a responsible professional working with my wonderful clients on some really interesting and worthwhile projects. Working long hours, mostly when kids were asleep (and they would sleep turn by turn)... Constant mom guilt… Losing my energy, my health and interest in my business… Stopping to enjoy my marriage, my motherhood and my life…

By the way, people often think that only moms of little kids get burnt out, but this is not true at all. This can happen with mothers of teenagers as well. Yes, it's true that as a teen’s mom you don’t have to work physically as much, but there are so many other stressful things you face. Mothers of teens will understand!

Being a Ukrainian, I lived through several difficult periods in my life and my country’s history. This made me stronger and taught me a lot about very different life situations, hard work, pursuing dreams, compassion, gratitude, etc. This year, with the full-scale war started by russian federation against my country, I learned even more about resilience, hope and incredible human strength.

I went through a very dark time myself, but in the process learnt how to work with severe stress and trauma, how to help women in difficult life situations to find the wisdom and strength within, how to uncover and activate supports within that we do not normally notice. These tools work even better in a peaceful life, so you can rest sure you will benefit from working with me!



I do not believe

  • There is "one solution that fits all" as all of us are unique and have different life situations. We all need balance in life, but for every individual this balance can look differently.
  • You have to sacrifice any important areas of your life. You can be both a fulfilled professional and a good mother.
  • Anyone can or should be a "perfect mother".



I do believe

  • Each one of us has all the resources needed to thrive, even when we don’t feel that.
  • There is a healer inside of us, the Wise Mother, the part of us that feels and knows how to lead a happy, healthy and fulfilled life. We just need to find access to this part of us and make friends with it.
  • In power of baby steps. Really small changes and simple regular actions that fit YOU, that you have energy for, are better than any perfect recommendation you read about. There is definitely something that WILL WORK FOR YOU, and I will help you find it and support you all the way to your empowered life.



What do I use in my work?

This can be an individual combination of:

  • positive psychotherapy;
  • parental coaching;
  • existential coaching;
  • non-violent communication;
  • mindful self-compassion approach;
  • art therapy;
  • metaphoric cards, etc.

All these are really powerful and effective.

Also, I always emphasize the importance of working with and through body, especially when people experienced some trauma or have been very stressed out, so I also use:

  • breathing techniques that work magic in overcoming burnout, stress and trauma (I am a certified Breath-Body-Mind teacher (level 2)), and
  • high-quality essential oils (I just love them and can talk about them forever).
